1. Scope of Services

These Terms of Service govern all platforms and products operated by Ledgehold Enterprise (trading as ProlyfiQ), including:

• Campus Marketplace: Peer-to-peer student sales and secure escrow protection.
• Utility Hub: Digital top-ups for Airtime, Data, ECG, DStv, and GOtv.
• Logistics (FoodRun™): Student-led campus delivery and fulfillment.
• Compliance Tools: Digital logging and receipt verification systems.
• TV Hub & Media Discovery: Curated student entertainment and discovery content.

2. Merchant Identity & Vault Security

To ensure DPA compliance and total data sovereignty, Ledgehold Enterprise utilizes a Zero-Knowledge Identity Architecture.

• PIN Sovereignty: Merchants are the sole generators and custodians of their private access PINs. Ledgehold Enterprise staff cannot view, retrieve, or reset plain-text PINs.
• Cryptographic Hashing: All PINs are transformed via one-way SHA-256 hashing before storage.
• Accountability: Merchants are liable for all actions taken via their dashboard. Compromised PINs must be reported immediately for administrative revocation.
• Case Sensitivity: Merchant 'Names' are case-sensitive. It is the merchant's responsibility to utilize the exact casing registered during onboarding.

3. Utility & Digital Services

Utility payments and Data/Airtime purchases are processed through our licensed partner, Hubtel.

• Finality: Digital top-ups are non-refundable once confirmed by the third-party provider.
• Errors: Users are responsible for providing correct Meter Numbers. ProlyfiQ is not liable for funds sent to incorrectly provided IDs.

4. Logistics & Campus Fulfillment

Our logistics services act as a facilitator for student errands and food delivery.

• Handover & Collection: Logistics are campus-specific. We only facilitate handovers within designated university landmarks and approved university hostels for security. Delivery agents will wait for only 10 minutes to prevent delays.
• Receipt Upload: Delivery agents are required to upload proof of delivery to satisfy our Gatekeeper Policy.
• Refund Policy: Refunds on item prices excluding fees are only issued if the Run has not commenced. Perishable food items are non-refundable once the Run begins.

5. Marketplace Escrow & Refund Policy

For P2P sales, ProlyfiQ (via Ledgehold Enterprise) acts as the Neutral Escrow Agent.

• Fee Structure: All marketplace transactions include a 5% Security & Processing Fee (2.5% Network Surcharge + 2.5% Platform Service Fee).
• Mandatory Inspection & Liability Waiver: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to perform a thorough physical inspection of the item at the campus landmark before collection. By collecting the item, the buyer acknowledges and confirms that the item meets their expectations and matches the description. Hence, no refund will be issued after collection.
• External Routing Disclaimer: Our Escrow and Security protections apply ONLY to sales processed through the official ProlyfiQ "Buy Now" system. If a buyer and seller choose to bypass our platform to arrange a direct payment (cash-on-hand or direct MoMo), Prolyfiq and Ledgehold Enterprise shall not be held liable for any resulting scams, fraud, or quality issues.
• Finality of Collection: ProlyfiQ (via Ledgehold Enterprise) and all its affiliates shall not be held liable for any defects, discrepancies, or dissatisfaction discovered after the physical handoff is complete. Once an item is collected, the transaction is considered final and no refunds will be issued.
• Pre-Collection Refunds: If an item fails inspection at the landmark, the item price excluding the non-refundable security fee will be refunded within 30 minutes to 2 hours of filing a complaint.

6. TV Hub & Media Discovery

The ProlyfiQ TV Hub acts as a curated discovery portal for student entertainment.

• Content Sourcing: Media content is sourced via external embeds and links from YouTube and other public broadcasters.
• Amazon Affiliate Disclosure: ProlyfiQ is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases made through links on this platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ledgehold Enterprise provides a platform for economic efficiency. While we enforce the Gatekeeper Policy, we are not liable for the underlying quality of third-party goods, seller representations, or utility uptime provided by national telcos.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Dispute resolution shall occur through arbitration in Accra.
