To receive your payout, you must satisfy The Gatekeeper Policy.

The primary method is the Instant Handshake: simply have the buyer scan the unique Transaction QR Code displayed on your Merchant Dashboard at the point of delivery. This instantly verifies the transaction in our silo.

As a secondary backup (if scanning fails), you may upload visual Proof of Delivery (POD) through the payout portal. Once verified, funds are released to your registered MoMo number within 3 minutes to an hour.

Refunds are issued if an item fails inspection at the campus landmark. If the item does not match the description, do not complete the handoff. File a complaint immediately via our WhatsApp support. We will refund the item price to your original payment method after we verify the complaint. Note that the 5% Security & Processing Fee is non-refundable as it covers the security costs already incurred.

Cancellations and refunds for Food Run orders are only possible before the Run begins. Once our delivery agents have started the fulfillment process, no refunds can be issued as food is a perishable good. Please ensure you are at the pickup landmark within 10 minutes of arrival to avoid forfeiture.

ProlyfiQ acts as a neutral third party. When a buyer pays, the money is held in the Ledgehold Vault. It is not given to the seller until the buyer confirms they have the item. This prevents "runaway sellers" and ensures students only pay for what they actually receive.
